on the Riviera across from El Encanto hotel.

Folks who follow the directions below usually have no trouble finding our office.

But if you choose to use your GPS anyhow, please put in the coordinates of "Alvarado Pl. & Mission Ridge Rd." This will take you to the closest parking lot.

Directions from Downtown (Micheltorena & State Street)
1. Head east on Micheltorena, toward the mountains.

2. At the fork of Micheltorena and California Street, veer Left onto California.

3. Turn Left on Grand.

4. Turn Right on Moreno.

5. Turn Left on Lasuen.

6. Turn Right on Alvarado. (You’ll be looking at my building. On the right is the El Encanto hotel.)

7. Head up to the top where Alvarado meets Mission Ridge. Park anywhere in the parking lot on the corner of Alvarado & Mission Ridge.

(If this lot is full, there is additional parking just below the building, also accessible from Alvarado.)

8. For assistance locating my office, text or phone me from the parking lot and I’ll come out to meet you.

Or enter the building from the Alvarado side and turn left to enter the hallway. Suite 104 is the first office on the right.

From Foothill & Mission Canyon

1. Turn Right onto Mission Canyon.

2. Just past Rocky Nook Park (on the left), turn Left on Alameda Padre Serra (APS).

3. Drive about 1/2 mile on APS until you see the "Riviera Business Park & Theater" sign on the left. Just past this is Lasuen Road.
4. Turn Left on Lasuen.
5. Turn Left on Alvarado. (You’ll be looking at my building. On the right is the El Encanto hotel.)
6. Head up to the top where Alvarado meets Mission Ridge. Park anywhere in the parking lot on the corner of Alvarado & Mission Ridge.
     (If this lot is full, there is additional parking just below the building, also accessible from Alvarado.)

Directions from Hwy 101

1. From the 101, exit Mission Street.
2. Drive east on Mission (toward mountains), crossing over State Street, and continue on until Mission Street ends at Laguna Street.
3. Turn Left on Laguna toward the historical Mission.
4. Turn Right onto Los Olivos, driving past the Mission.
5. Veer to the Right to get onto Alameda Padre Serra (APS).  (If you see Rocky Nook Park on the right, you’ve gone too far.)
6. Drive about 1/2 mile on APS until you see the "Riviera Business Park & Theater" sign on the left. Just past this is Lasuen Road.
7. Turn Left on Lasuen.
8. Turn Left on Alvarado. (You’ll be looking at my building. On the right is the El Encanto hotel.)

1. From the 101-North, exit Salinas Street. Stay straight on Salinas.

2. At the roundabout, continue as if driving straight ahead (3rd exit). This will put you on Alameda Padre Serra (APS).
